Project Management Specialist - Construction Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist for the Construction Industry to join our dynamic team at alago. This position is based in Munich, Germany, and while it is not a remote role, it offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients in the construction sector. In this role, you will help address inefficiencies that cost the construction industry an astounding $1.6 trillion annually. By leveraging AI-driven project management solutions, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how construction projects are managed.

What You'll Do

• Identify value-adding use cases and support clients in maximizing their benefits from alago's solutions.
• Develop and continuously improve tailored AI workflows for our clients.
• Conduct and lead customer workshops, one-on-one calls, and onboarding sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the product and sales teams, translating customer feedback into product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, motivations, and pain points, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Technical understanding: Experience with or knowledge of databases, APIs, and cloud applications.
• Strong customer insight and communication skills: Ability to recognize needs and address them precisely.
• Willingness to work permanently from Munich.
• Fluency in German at a native level.
• Passion for AI and new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting, sales, or customer success.
