Project Analyst - Infra Procurement (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Project Analyst - Infra Procurement (Remote) to join our dynamic Infra Strategic Procurement team. This role is pivotal in supporting public healthcare systems and ensuring successful procurement processes. As a Project Analyst, you'll liaise with various business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate proposals, and present awards for approval. Your expertise will drive the end-to-end procurement activities, making a significant impact in the HealthTech sector.

What You'll Do

• Plan and acquire manpower resources required for projects, managing their allocation and utilization to meet objectives.
• Drive procurement activities, seeking project scope and funding approvals from relevant authorities.
• Lead and manage project teams, including users, external teams, and vendors, ensuring projects meet objectives, scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, including scope, objectives, assumptions, governance structure, and risk management.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, risks, resources, and budgets.
• Manage project financial health, including budget utilization and cash flow.
• Guide the project team in establishing governance structures and escalation mechanisms.
• Implement communication plans to align all stakeholders on project objectives, scope, and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and networking principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure.
