Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the Fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with financial services and SaaS products is a plus.
