Product Release Manager - Remote

We are looking for a Product Release Manager to join our team and help ensure successful product releases.

What You'll Do

• Own, develop and execute the end-to-end release process for all quarterly and monthly product releases.
• Establish and maintain clear release readiness criteria for Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
• Act as the central point of coordination between Product Management, Product Marketing, and the wider go-to-market teams.
• Lead release planning sessions, readiness reviews, and post-release retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Managers to understand scope, customer value, dependencies, and timing.
• Surface risks, gaps, and tradeoffs early and drive resolution with the appropriate teams.
• Serve as the Product Management team’s owner for release communications.
• Ensure consistent, accurate messaging across internal channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience with Product Implementation, Release lifecycle management, Enablement, or Customer Success.
• Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Prior experience with SaaS is a plus.
• Intrinsically motivated learner who takes a hands-on approach with new tools.
