Product Marketing Manager - Remote Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager on a short-term contract to support the creation of high-quality product marketing collateral for tem. This Product Marketing Manager remote position is crucial as we aim to transform the energy transaction landscape, making it transparent and fair for customers.

What You'll Do

• Produce product marketing collateral such as one-pagers, battle cards, product decks, and email copy to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
• Own the version control and maintenance of assigned materials, ensuring they stay current as the product evolves.
• Support the production of sales enablement assets that help commercial teams engage effectively with brokers and buyers.
• Organize and maintain the product marketing asset hub for easy access and usability.
• Work with the Product Marketing Lead to translate positioning and messaging frameworks into finished collateral.
• Apply brand voice and communication principles consistently across all materials.
• Build an understanding of our customers, their needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product positioning.
• Test and iterate on messaging based on customer feedback and market signals.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a product marketing, content, or marketing generalist role.
• Strong writing ability: clear, accurate, and adaptable to different formats and audiences.
• Organized and reliable, delivering commitments on time.
• Comfortable translating product detail into plain language.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance work quality.
• Fast learner who applies feedback quickly and asks insightful questions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, sprint-based environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or energy tech.
• Exposure to ICP development, messaging frameworks, and positioning work.
• Familiarity with broker or intermediary channel models.
