Content Manager - AI Characters (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Manager - AI Characters to join our fully remote team at MindAlter. In this role, you will take ownership of AI influencer brands, driving their growth and performance across various social platforms. This position offers strong long-term growth potential and the opportunity to work in a creative and strategic environment.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve AI influencer brand identities, ensuring voice, aesthetic, and narrative consistency.
• Shape and refine each character’s online presence to maximize audience connection.
• Create and oversee high-quality short-form content with obsessive attention to detail.
• Craft hooks that stop the scroll in under one second and develop content that sustains attention.
• Manage and scale Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X accounts using data-driven growth strategies.
• Continuously A/B test content formats to optimize retention, engagement, and conversion.
• Drive traffic from social platforms to monetization channels, achieving performance targets.
• Lead virtual assistants with clear SOPs and quality standards.
• Build and maintain structured content calendars in Notion with 100% posting consistency.
• Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments before they peak.

Requirements

• Direct, hands-on experience in the creator economy or influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts, particularly on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Ability to demonstrate real results in social media growth.
• Strong short-form video editing skills and the ability to create high-performing content independently.
• Exceptional visual judgment and strong instincts for brand consistency.
• Experience working with AI content tools or a demonstrated history of mastering new creative tools quickly.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics and identify patterns.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, including formats, pacing, trends, and shareability.
• Obsessed with hooks, retention, and watch time.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple brands and collaborators.
• Self-directed and accountable, delivering results without hand-holding.
