About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Northspyre, a leading real estate development management platform. This remote role offers you the chance to drive growth and enhance client relationships while working with a dynamic Customer Success team. You will leverage your industry knowledge to ensure customer success and product adoption.

What You'll Do

• Utilize your expertise to position solutions and drive customer success.
• Manage customer relationships to enhance adoption, renewals, and advocacy.
• Analyze user analytics to identify under-utilized features and drive engagement.
• Implement strategies to maximize customer value from Northspyre.
• Act as a liaison between clients and our product team to resolve issues and gather feedback.
• Oversee customer support tickets and improve processes.
• Ensure seamless onboarding for new customers.
• Travel occasionally to client offices as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in real estate project management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of real estate development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields.

Nice to Have

• Experience reconciling real estate project cost reports.
• Basic understanding of programming or coding.
