What You'll Do

• Own the development of the notification engine for Coinbase, transforming notifications into intelligent systems that guide users in real-time.
• Architect notification infrastructure capable of delivering millions of alerts instantly, ensuring users receive timely information.
• Drive strategy for push, in-app, and email notifications, impacting Coinbase's extensive global user base and trading volume.
• Collaborate with machine learning teams to implement Smart Targeting, balancing user engagement with notification fatigue.
• Lead cross-functional projects that tie directly to revenue, user retention, and engagement metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within a high-performing growth team in consumer tech.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building measurement frameworks and A/B testing.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills to lead complex projects.
• Experience in growth, notifications, or engagement systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
