Product Manager for Mobile Apps - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager for Mobile Apps to join our dynamic team at Scalable Capital. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate with diverse teams to drive product innovation and user satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and develop our native iOS and Android mobile applications, focusing on optimizing the user experience.
• Lead a mobile app team, manage the roadmap, and oversee agile processes to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Serve as the product expert and champion for mobile platforms, emphasizing their significance within the organization.
• Synchronize priorities and timelines with internal stakeholders across B2C and B2B features.
• Collaborate with designers and domain experts to create exceptional UI and UX, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Work closely with marketing and feature teams to orchestrate and execute regular mobile app releases.
• Leverage customer data, competitive analysis, and user feedback to align mobile apps with user needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Passion for digital products and a strong desire to enhance users' financial well-being through digital innovation.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage dependencies within and across teams.
• Hands-on approach with ownership of the product development process from ideation to UX prototyping and design.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, including engineers and executives.
• Strong understanding of native iOS and Android mobile app development and industry trends.
• Proficiency with mobile functionalities like push notifications and universal links.
• Experience in agile product development, adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with agile tools such as User Stories, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
• Knowledge of additional languages, particularly German.
