Product Lead - Solana Remote
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Lead - Solana Remote to join our dynamic team at Alchemy. Our mission is to bring web3 to a billion people by providing builders with the tools they need to create exceptional on-chain products. As a Product Lead, you will guide the direction of our Solana offering, enhancing how millions of users interact with blockchain technology daily.
What You'll Do
- Set the strategic roadmap for Alchemy’s fastest-growing product and engineering team, informed by close relationships with our customers and quantitative analyses.
- Work closely with our leadership team, including the CEO and CTO, to execute ambitious initiatives that change the landscape of web3.
- Manage a talented team of Product Managers focused on the Solana vertical.
- Provide input into long-term product strategy across all of Alchemy’s offerings.
- Continuously raise our standard of product excellence by implementing industry best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with the Solana blockchain, ecosystem, and community.
- Product management experience at a high-growth startup.
- Experience in developer tools or APIs at scale.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills to work with various types of unstructured data.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas autonomously.
- Previous founder experience is a plus.

Who Will Succeed Here
