Remote Financial Analyst - Join a Leading Insurance Firm

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Financial Analyst to join King Risk Partners, a top 100 US Insurance Broker. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remote while making a significant impact on our financial operations. As a Remote Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with leaders across the organization to provide meaningful insights that influence key business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership to support financial initiatives and drive strategic planning.
• Monitor, review, and report on expense trends and patterns to ensure financial health.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes to align with business goals.
• Prepare detailed analysis and presentations that communicate financial performance.
• Develop financial and operational KPIs to track and improve performance.
• Identify root-cause drivers of variances and recommend actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in financial modeling.
• Exceptionally analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and is passionate about process improvement.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with financial software and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
