Product Director - Banking Engagement for Crypto Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Director - Banking Engagement to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This remote role is pivotal in bridging the gap between trading and banking, providing real-world utility that transforms active traders into primary banking users. You will position our platform as the central cash liquidity engine, unifying fiat and stablecoin balances into a seamless neobank experience.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the strategy for the Banking segment, owning the roadmap for accounts, liquidity utility, and everyday financial features to maximize ROI.
• Establish North Star engagement KPIs for the banking vertical, ensuring every feature launch enhances user engagement.
• Foster a world-class experimentation culture within your team, relentlessly testing hypotheses around onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate prototyping and operational efficiency, transforming idle cash into a high-engagement banking experience.
• Oversee the evolution of the accounts experience, from core wallet utility to advanced savings and cashflow orchestration features.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, and Legal/Compliance to ensure high-quality product delivery at an elite fintech pace.
• Lead and mentor a squad of 2-3 PMs, instilling a customer-obsessed and data-driven mindset across the organization.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product leadership experience at high-growth consumer fintechs, neo-banks, or digital marketplaces.
• Proven track record in driving user activation and engagement.
• Experience with high-frequency A/B testing and managing products through a rigorous data-driven lens.
• Strong sense of product design with a proven ability to identify and solve customer pain points through intuitive UX.
• Exceptional structured thinking and communication skills, capable of breaking down a 3-year vision into actionable milestones.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Understanding of the neo-banking and payments landscape across the US and Europe.
