Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, specifically in product and design roles.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and tools like Figma.
- Proven track record of building diverse talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve recruitment outcomes.
