Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, specifically in product and design roles.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and tools like Figma.
  • Proven track record of building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve recruitment outcomes.

  • Experience in technical recruiting.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and consumer technology industries.
