What You'll Do
- Assist in creating dashboards and tracking templates for new policies and procedures.
- Review new vendors and determine their eligibility according to company policies.
- Track and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Interface with vendors to manage day-to-day changes and communications.
- Lead a defined project throughout the internship, enhancing your project management skills.
- Maintain category management and track changes in spending.
- Promote the adoption of new policies within the organization.
- Conduct daily reviews of electronic transactions for compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program focused on business studies, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Possess an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with ERP or CMMS systems, dashboards, or PowerBi is a plus.
