What You'll Do

• Assist in creating dashboards and tracking templates for new policies and procedures.
• Review new vendors and determine their eligibility according to company policies.
• Track and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Interface with vendors to manage day-to-day changes and communications.
• Lead a defined project throughout the internship, enhancing your project management skills.
• Maintain category management and track changes in spending.
• Promote the adoption of new policies within the organization.
• Conduct daily reviews of electronic transactions for compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program focused on business studies, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Possess an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with ERP or CMMS systems, dashboards, or PowerBi is a plus.

• Previous internship experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of sustainable practices in energy solutions.
