About the Role

We are looking for a Post Listing Account Manager to join our team at Binance. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. As a Post Listing Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and operational integrity of listed tokens, making a significant impact on our users and partners.

What You'll Do

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks for listed tokens by implementing risk control frameworks to ensure project and operational security.
• Conduct root cause analysis using both on-chain and off-chain analytics to investigate incidents and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Manage project requests from external partners, including rebranding, token swaps, mainnet integration, and airdrops.
• Handle operational requests such as legal agreements, risk control systems, and bot enhancements.
• Oversee project implementation to ensure successful delivery, including stakeholder management and adherence to SOP stages.
• Optimize structures and processes to improve request management and execution.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with on-chain data analysis and a strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and tokenomics.
• Proficient in data querying languages such as SQL and Python, and experienced with analytics tools like Dune, Flipside, and Nansen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and effective teamwork.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and resilience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in the crypto space.
