Platform Infrastructure Engineer - Remote SRE Core Role

About the Role

We are looking for a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to join our SRE Core team at Menlo Security. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely and play a critical role in building and maintaining the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure. As a Platform Infrastructure Engineer, you will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure our platform meets the highest standards of availability and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure platforms.
• Develop and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Automate operational tasks and implement infrastructure as code.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.
• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Platform Infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation tools.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Docker and Terraform.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
