About the Role

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a friendly and motivated Pickleball Attendant remote to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. As a Pickleball Attendant remote, you will assist guests with their racquet sports needs and ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all players.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist guests with pickleball court reservations and equipment rentals.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the area.
  • Provide information on pickleball rules, schedules, and club events.
  • Monitor court usage to ensure fair play and adherence to club policies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
  • Support other resort & club staff as needed to enhance guest/member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of pickleball/tennis rules and procedures preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Weekends and Holidays required.
  • Clean driving record to be able to use club golf cart.
