As a Personal Carer with Dovida, you’ll provide more than just support to your clients - you will become an essential part of their Circle of Care. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing more complex care, you will bring kindness, respect, and understanding into their home. This Personal Carer role offers the chance to work locally, with a flexible schedule that allows you to choose hours that suit you. You will earn $41.47+ per hour while making a real difference in the lives of those you care for.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily tasks and offer companionship to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Travel to clients' homes within a 30-40 minute radius to deliver care services.
• Participate in comprehensive paid training and orientation to ensure high-quality care.
• Work flexible hours, including day, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts, according to your availability.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Australian open driver license and access to a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance.
• Relevant experience or a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification.
• Personable, compassionate, and approachable with the ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes within the local area.
• Rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
