About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Pricing & Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team at Julius Baer. This remote opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in pricing strategy and revenue management while working collaboratively with a renowned private bank in Switzerland. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of wealth management by addressing revenue challenges and optimizing pricing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead initiatives in Pricing & Revenue Management, addressing current revenue challenges and designing new pricing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Front Office support, collaborating with Relationship Managers to develop client action plans.
  • Conduct independent analyses of market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies.
  • Own the analysis of revenue opportunities and assess their business impact potential.
  • Help maintain and improve our discount management software, translating business requirements into process specifications.
  • Support the development and maintenance of pricing governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for senior management, coordinating project rollouts and change management activities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in banking & finance, business administration, or law & economics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Private Banking, strategy consulting, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data analytics.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
