About the Role

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join RoboForce, an innovative AI robotics company. This People Operations Manager remote role is crucial as it will shape the people infrastructure of our organization. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage all core People Operations functions, including onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, and offboarding.
  • Set and maintain people policies that are compliant and appropriate for our stage of growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to founders and senior leaders on organizational design and people strategy.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance, feedback, and employee development.
  • Manage compensation frameworks and equity administration, partnering with finance.
  • Design and operate performance management processes that reinforce our company values and culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, partnering with external counsel as needed.
  • Oversee People Ops systems and tooling, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or related roles, ideally in a high-growth company.
  • Broad HR generalist experience across compliance, payroll, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong judgment and discretion, with the ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Organized and proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing visa processes is preferred.
  • Bonus: HR compliance and employment law certifications.
