People Advisory Manager - Remote Position at Glovo

About the Role

We are seeking a People Advisory Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Glovo. In this role, you will manage a team based in Barcelona and coordinate with legal points of contact across 22 countries where we operate. As part of the Legal leadership team, you will evaluate the People and Labour risks associated with our business and ensure that appropriate procedures are implemented to mitigate these risks while balancing business needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team focused on People Advisory, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assist the People department in adapting business strategies to meet local legal requirements.
• Evaluate and implement risk management strategies related to Labour and People regulations.
• Foster a culture of compliance and awareness of best practices among Glovo employees.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as in-house legal counsel or at a reputable law firm.
• Qualified Law Bachelor Degree in Spain, with a Master in Labour Law preferred.
• Proven expertise in labour law and People matters.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a multinational context.
• Exceptional analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
