What You'll Do

• Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, developing individualized plans of care.

Requirements

• 3 years of Pediatric Therapy experience preferred.
• OT Degree with an active license in the United States (must obtain a Hawaii license).
• Willingness to relocate to Maui or currently residing on the island.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Passion for helping children and working in a team environment.
• Creativity, adaptability, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Empathy, patience, and cultural competency.
• Desire to learn and advance your skill set.

Nice to Have

• Experience in community outreach and marketing.
• Leadership experience or interest in mentoring.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques.
