What You'll Do

• Process payroll for countries across APAC, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Review and approve salary registers, maintaining accuracy and adherence to payroll policies.
• Generate invoices based on payroll data, collaborating with finance teams.
• Address client queries regarding payroll processes, providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with teams to improve payroll processes and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with employment tax regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll or similar roles, with a strong knowledge of payroll regulations in APAC.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with international payroll processing.
• Familiarity with employment tax regulations in multiple countries.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
