About the Role

We are looking for a Curriculum Designer/Developer - Remote to join our innovative team at New Law Business Model (NLBM). This role is pivotal in creating and refining curriculum modules and learning experiences that drive real-world outcomes for our members. As a Curriculum Designer/Developer, you will be instrumental in transforming the legal industry by liberating lawyers from outdated practice models.

What You'll Do

• Own the design and development of curriculum for our Memberships.
• Design and refine curriculum modules and resources that emphasize practical applications.
• Translate learning objectives into structured experiences that enhance user experience.
• Ensure ease of navigation and implementation for members.
• Align curriculum with our product roadmap and incorporate member feedback.
• Maintain production cadence and uphold quality standards.
• Run feedback loops to continuously improve content and drive high engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.

Requirements

• Proven ability to design impactful curriculum that meets user needs.
• Strong writing and content development skills with a focus on clarity and usability.
• Comfort with owning projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborative working style with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with membership products is a plus.
• Familiarity with video scripts or resource libraries is beneficial.
• Understanding of professional services education is a bonus.
