Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on US payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software, including SAP and ADP WFN.
  • Experience in a PEO environment and multi-state payroll management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for payroll analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
