About the Role

We are seeking a Payroll Implementation GP Country Lead - APAC Remote to join our innovative team at Remote. In this role, you will lead payroll implementation projects across the APAC region, ensuring compliance and efficiency in global payroll processes. What You'll Do

• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll in the APAC region.
• Lead payroll implementation projects from planning to execution.
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with local regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize payroll tools like SAP and Excel.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Mentor and support payroll generalists.
• Focus on continuous improvement of payroll processes.
• Participate in sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead.
• Work asynchronously to manage your own schedule.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment.
• Expert legislative knowledge in the APAC region.
• Strong communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of payroll tools and software.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in accounting/reconciliations.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.

• Knowledge of multiple APAC languages.
