Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
