About the Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Lead - Banking & Capital Markets to join Chainlink Labs in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in banking and capital markets to drive commercial opportunities through our partners, particularly in the North American market. As a key player in our team, you will focus on building strong relationships and creating value propositions that align with our partners' needs.

What You'll Do

  • Lead partner acquisition efforts by signing mutually exclusive deals with high-priority partners.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies to drive mutual revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with priority partners, focusing on tokenization and traditional finance (TradFi) workflows.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers to ensure value alignment and mutually beneficial propositions.
  • Embed Chainlink technology and products into partner operational flows and technology stacks.
  • Drive early-stage pipeline generation through targeted discovery and qualification based on understanding entity needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of total experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in banking and capital markets, institutional finance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of both TradFi and DeFi markets and their technological infrastructure.
  • Experience in a startup or fintech environment with a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills to build and maintain strong institutional client and partner relationships.
  • Must be based in NYC or other East Coast hubs.

Nice to Have

  • Proven track record in Partnerships, Channel Sales, ISV, and Alliances.
  • Proficiency in project management with the ability to handle multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Expertise in the tokenization industry, particularly in the Institutional RWA landscape and digital asset management.
  • Experience selling solutions to custodians, fund administrators, and partners in the tokenized asset mobility value chain.
