We are seeking a skilled Partnership Marketer to join Coupang's Rocket Now team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives through strategic partnerships and collaborative campaigns. What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end project execution for online and offline campaigns, from planning and strategy development to implementation and performance evaluation.
• Conduct data analysis related to campaigns and marketing initiatives, derive insights, and propose improvements to optimize results.
• Plan and propose alliance initiatives with external partners, driving collaborative projects that enhance our market presence.
• Develop and execute partner and co-marketing initiatives to maximize outcomes through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Utilize CRM, PRM, and marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Business-level Japanese proficiency is essential.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in partnership marketing, app marketing, or related fields.
• Experience planning and managing online and offline campaigns, with a focus on data-driven optimization.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Business-level English or Korean proficiency is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience building alliances or executing joint promotions with external companies.
• Background in related industries such as food delivery, e-commerce, or app services.
• MBA or a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications.
