About the Role

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team at OnePlan Solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing and activating our global partner ecosystem through strategic marketing initiatives. With a focus on enhancing business agility and streamlining project management, you will help drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline through our strategic partners.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute a partner marketing strategy and go-to-market (GTM) roadmap.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with strategic partners to maximize impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams.
• Plan and execute partner marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement.
• Support inbound and outbound partner marketing activities to enhance visibility.
• Develop creative partner campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Present compelling campaign ideas to partners based on market presence and needs.
• Engage strategic partners to strengthen their marketing capabilities and ensure alignment.
• Help build internal champions within partner organizations to advocate for OnePlan.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or partner marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas through partnerships.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
• Curious and proactive about growth through partnerships.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign success.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
