About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at JD Sports in Pontecagnano, Italy. As a vital part of our operations, you will ensure the efficient management of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our retail environment. This Part-Time Warehouse Associate role is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and product availability.

What You'll Do

• Receive, process, and check incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Organize and label items, ensuring proper anti-theft tagging in collaboration with the store team.
• Sort and arrange products in the warehouse according to company guidelines and layout rules.
• Monitor product availability and assist in restocking the sales area.
• Participate in inventory counts to safeguard company assets and profits.
• Manage customer order deliveries during peak activity periods, supporting the sales department.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting in product sales.
• Actively participate in loss prevention efforts within the store.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills, organized, methodical, and meticulous.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and products for efficient work.
• Ability to maintain surveillance and organization for effective item control.
• Attention to detail and a serious approach to work, with good stress management skills during peak times.
• A passion for fashion, especially in the sneaker and sportswear sectors.
