What You'll Do

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC, creating a welcoming environment.
• Understand customers' needs and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Drive for results by achieving and exceeding personal sales and productivity goals.
• Maintain store appearance through restocking products, visual merchandising, and fulfilling online orders.
• Support store management with cash handling, inventory counts, and daily operations.
• Stay informed about nutritional, wellness, and fitness news to better assist customers.
• Model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform cleaning duties to ensure a tidy and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
