About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters in San Antonio, Texas. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. What You'll Do

  • Deliver on sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings to customers.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
  • Foster a positive store environment by building strong professional relationships with peers, management, and support staff.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with accuracy.
  • Strong sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a changing environment.
