HRIS Specialist - Remote Position at Guerbet

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist to join our team at Guerbet. This HRIS Specialist remote position provides an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in medical imaging. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR processes and ensuring data integrity within our HRIS landscape.

What You'll Do

• Take operational and project ownership for our HRIS landscape.
• Translate user requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Ensure the technical preparation, testing, and execution of annual campaigns in HRIS, including Performance Management and Goal Setting.
• Audit the HRIS and identify areas for improvement.
• Document and implement biannual updates to SuccessFactors, ensuring changes and new features are effectively integrated.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to develop solutions that enhance automation and security of HR processes.
• Implement process improvements and policy changes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Global Administrator of the HRIS.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an HRIS Consultant or HRIS Specialist in an international/matrix environment.
• Strong expertise in the SuccessFactors suite and proficiency in other HRIS, T&A, and analytical tools.
• Professional fluency in English, enabling you to lead workshops and deliver analyses to international audiences.
• Clear understanding of HR and payroll processes and best practices.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and deal with a multitude of clients and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management within an international context.
• Knowledge of IT and Finance best practices.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
