What You'll Do

  • Restock products, maintain visual merchandising, and fulfill online orders when not assisting customers.
  • Drive for results by achieving and exceeding personal sales and productivity goals.
  • Support store management with daily operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Stay informed about nutritional, wellness, and fitness trends to enhance customer interactions.
  • Model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ensure a clean and organized store environment, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to work during peak business hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
