Requirements
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (medical/dental preferred).
- Strong reputation for excellent patient and team relationships.

- Eager to learn about orthodontics and self-motivated under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Orthodontic assisting experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in a professional setting with direct patient interaction.
