About the Role

As a Part-Time IT Support Specialist, you will be integral in maintaining our systems, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with privacy standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain the ticketing system, diagnosing incidents and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Implement identity management processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, managing permissions on internal platforms and CRM systems.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in current processes and systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on well-being and compliance.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in Computer Science, Systems Management, or related fields.
• Structured thinking and attention to detail with a strong sense of ethics and confidentiality.
• Proactive attitude towards identifying and implementing improvements.
• Experience in IT support or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
