About the Role

What You'll Do

• Edit articles to ensure clarity, engagement, and adherence to educational standards.
• Collaborate with writers to refine their work and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage a flexible workload of 15 to 20 hours per week, meeting deadlines effectively.
• Utilize your understanding of educational principles to enhance content relevance.
• Identify and recruit new writers from various fields including education, technology, and culture.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional editing experience in digital media.
• Strong writing skills with a focus on clear and engaging prose.
• Experience in education or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with leadership principles and classroom dynamics is an advantage.
