What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop and enhance exceptional learning programs.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences, fostering a nurturing environment for every child.
• Implement the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards in daily activities.
• Engage with parents and families to support children's learning and development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for children.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with families.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within an early childhood education setting.
• Knowledge of child protection policies and procedures.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
