Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join XPO as a Customer Service Representative in a part-time remote position. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and possess excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.

What You'll Do

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors efficiently.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties such as answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing.
• Process over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
