Part-Time Community Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Community Manager to join our team remotely. If you love creating welcoming spaces where people feel at home, this role is perfect for you! As a Part-Time Community Manager, you will take ownership of operations at one of our professionally managed apartment communities, making a real impact while working part-time.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospects.
• Conduct apartment tours and manage leasing inquiries.
• Oversee rent collection and basic financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling.
• Ensure the property is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Plan occasional resident engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records and property management software.
• Communicate regularly with ownership.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of property management or industry-related experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with technology and basic administrative tasks.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of project-based section 8 or section 42 experience.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Experience with Onesite software.
