What You'll Do

• Design and produce high-quality, production-ready designs and assets that communicate the healthcare experience of the future.
• Create motion-driven and video-forward content that elevates our brand and improves performance.
• Edit video footage to create concise, impactful stories that resonate with our audience.
• Take full ownership of your work, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, partnering closely with performance, integrated, and lifecycle marketing to solve design challenges.
• Participate actively in creative testing and iteration, using insights to inform future work.
• Become a guardian of our consistent design framework and standards, ensuring the Solace brand is brought to life effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience designing consumer-facing marketing materials such as emails, social media graphics, and billboards.
• Exceptional skills with design tools, especially Figma, and strong motion/animation skills using After Effects or similar.
• A strong eye for detail and craft, particularly in motion, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with performance and brand marketing teams.
• An online portfolio showcasing your work is essential.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a curiosity for all things beautiful.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare sector or familiarity with healthcare marketing.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior and what performs well in paid marketing.
