Overnight Valet Parking Attendant - Luxury Residences

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at Reimagined Parking. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant, you will ensure the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. This position is based in various locations across Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Surfside, and Bal Harbour.

What You'll Do

• Mobilize and coordinate the valet process by retrieving keys, vehicles, and issuing tickets using electronic devices.
• Foster customer success by building rapport with guests and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
• Act as a courteous brand ambassador by interfacing with guests and assisting with vehicle unloading.
• Implement vehicle safety procedures to direct traffic and inspect vehicles for damage.
• Pioneer financial operations by collecting fees and reconciling end-of-shift revenue.
• Meet and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and assisting with luggage as needed.
• Quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and giving directions as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record and motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous valet experience is preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of local area and traffic patterns.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
