What You'll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities in the Vietnamese-speaking market.
• Build an online presence to generate leads and engage prospects through email outreach and social selling.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, driving measurable success through effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Work effectively within a team to support the Vietnamese-speaking community and enhance customer experiences.
• Engage and convert Vietnamese-speaking prospects, fostering relationships that empower others.

Requirements

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Motivated to meet and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for lead generation.
