Account Executive DACH - Remote Position at 4screen
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive DACH remote to join our innovative team at 4screen. As a pioneering company in the mobility sector, we enhance the in-car experience through our cutting-edge driver interaction platform. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships while establishing 4screen as the leading in-car marketing channel.
What You'll Do
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals with new brand and agency partners.
- Build Your Pipeline: Develop and execute a robust prospecting strategy using email, cold-calling, and networking to build a strong, qualified pipeline.
- Develop the Market: Act as a key ambassador for 4screen, evangelizing our mission and educating the market on the value of the new digital in-car channel.
- Drive Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the DACH region.
- Exceed Targets: Meet and consistently exceed your quarterly sales targets.
- Lead Negotiations: Skillfully lead contract negotiations, establishing sustainable, long-term partnerships.
- Be the Face of 4screen: Represent the company at key industry events and organize roadshows to meet partners and clients across Germany, Switzerland & Austria.
- Collaborate Internally: Partner closely with our Account Management team to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful campaign execution.
Requirements
- First professional experience (up to 5 years) in an inside, outbound, and/or field sales position, ideally in a high-growth fast-paced company (Technology, FMCG, or Hospitality industry).
- Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and driving contracts to closure.
- A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactivity.
- Prior experience specifically in the ad-tech or digital media industry is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM tools and sales software.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
