What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for glaucoma and cataract patients.
- Collaborate with optometrists and MDs within a respected MD/OD co-management model.
- Contribute to clinical excellence through high-volume glaucoma and cataract surgery.
- Help shape patient outcomes in a practice known for quality, service, and innovation.
- Expand and elevate our glaucoma program with your expertise.
Requirements
- Fellowship training in glaucoma.
- Board certification or eligibility.
- Unrestricted Washington medical license and DEA certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong glaucoma and cataract surgical skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for compassionate, patient-centered, team-oriented care.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-volume surgical environment.
- Interest in teaching or mentoring.
- Research experience in ophthalmology.

Strong collaborative mindset, with a proven track record of working effectively with a multidisciplinary team of optometrists and other healthcare professionals in a virtual setting to optimize patient treatment plans.
