About the Role

We are looking for a Freight Forwarder Assistant to join our dynamic team at DSV. This remote opportunity allows you to work flexibly while engaging in essential logistics tasks. As a Freight Forwarder Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments with our clients, ensuring smooth communication and operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage telephone appointment scheduling with clients to enhance service delivery.
• Utilize TMS and MS Office tools effectively to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient logistics processes.
• Provide support in various administrative tasks related to freight forwarding.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all client interactions.

Requirements

• Education in logistics or a related field, such as a Kaufmann/-frau for freight forwarding.
• Proficient in TMS and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to work under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a logistics or customer service role is a plus.

• Experience in the logistics industry.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations.
• Ability to speak additional languages.
