About the Role

What You'll Do

• Implement national, corporate, or customer security policies and standards into the company environment.
• Develop, implement, communicate, and continuously improve security concepts, policies, processes, and awareness.
• Act as the main admin responsible for the proper configuration of Security Management systems and applications.
• Conduct internal security audits and develop yearly audit plans.
• Identify security incidents, analyze root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Formulate information security risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Gather and analyze IT system-specific information to ensure compliance with security rules.
• Initiate and coordinate security projects such as security awareness campaigns.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in Security Management.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and risk management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Leadership abilities and experience with Microsoft products and Azure.
• Experience in conducting Privacy and Security Assessments (PSA).
• Ability to perform risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
• Experience with Governance and policies.
• Familiarity with security strategies for products.
