Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or onboarding role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data migration, and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the cannabis retail industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of React, TypeScript, and mobile development.
- Previous experience in technical consulting or client onboarding.
