About the Role

We're hiring an Onboarding Consultant - Menu Specialist (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Toast. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming the restaurant industry by integrating technology with customer success. As an Onboarding Consultant, you will work closely with restaurant owners to ensure their menus are perfectly configured for success.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with POS Onboarding Consultants to build, review, and configure customer menus, ensuring readiness for go-live.
• Work autonomously under the guidance of an Onboarding Manager to achieve activation goals.
• Develop onboarding plans tailored for restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase.
• Create best practices for managing daily restaurant operations.
• Consult with clients to determine configuration needs prior to go-live.
• Perform onboarding configurations remotely to ensure seamless integration.
• Create and lead an onboarding training plan for restaurant staff.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, ensuring each client receives exceptional support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations.
• Ability to operate independently in a changing environment.
• Proven track record of success in meeting goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices.
